Connect the store once. Orders that contain a product you have mapped to an assembly service arrive in our system on their own — no CSV, no forwarding, nothing typed twice.

Three steps
Connect the store
Paste the domain and an Admin API token into your dashboard. We verify it against Shopify before saving, so a wrong token fails immediately rather than silently.
Map your products
Your "Aurora Queen Bed" becomes our "Queen bed assembly". Map by product or by variant, whichever matches how you sell.
Choose how orders arrive
Review each one first, or let mapped orders book themselves. Review is the default — silently sending a technician in week one is how trust is lost.
What happens to an order
- We read the order, its line items and the shipping address.
- The PIN code is checked against our coverage. An unserviceable address is flagged to you, not quietly dropped.
- Mapped line items become an assembly order priced on your rate card — never on anything the store sends.
- A visit is created, and if it needs more than one technician a staffing request goes to our operations team automatically.
- Your customer gets a tracking link.
The safeguards
Nothing imports twice. Every Shopify order is recorded against its store and id, so a re-run, a retried webhook and a manual pull all produce the same single order.
Unmapped products are reported, not guessed. If we cannot tell what a line item is, you get told — we do not send a technician to find out.
Your token is encrypted and never appears in any log, audit entry or export.
Other platforms
WooCommerce, Amazon and Flipkart order feeds are on the roadmap and not built yet — we would rather say so than show you a logo that does nothing. In the meantime those orders come in through the dashboard or a spreadsheet we import for you.
